Skyla I'Lece Woodard is an Actress known for bringing an unbelievable and remarkably realistic flair to the set and onto the stage! Her captivating personality and ability to bring dramatic or comedic scenes to life by owning it and with such ease is unprecedented in such a young actress. Her dramatizations will make you feel deeply; her comedic sense is sure to make you joyful on the inside. At such a young age, it is evident this young girl demonstrates the passion and drive to successfully pursue her dreams and aspirations as a flourishing actress in any genre.Skyla first hit the acting main stage as a part of Disney's the Little Mermaid (2014) and later in Disney's and Cameron Mackintosh's, Mary Poppins (2016) theater production. As an astonishing vocalist, in 2017, she acquired her first Lead role as Mary Lennox in the musical, The Secret Garden. In addition, in 2017, she went on to make her first Television debut in the fourth season of TURN: Washington Spies making her SAG-AFTRA Eligible! Skyla has credits for web based films for IRT Inc. as well as an elaborate infomercial for Duke University's TiP Program, a program for Academically talented students in which she is a member.Skyla enjoys working with her acting coach. At age 9, she had screen written and cast her very own first comedic short film entitled, Jeff the Fly. At age six, she was crowned National All-American Miss Princess Pageant Queen in California.Skyla is originally from NC. As hobbies, she enjoys writing, singing, and archery.Skyla takes ongoing training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern & Lyrical, Ballroom, and Hip Hop dance. She plays three instruments, piano, guitar, and recorder/flute. As an athlete, she is coached in tennis, archery, acrobatics, swimming, and horseback riding. Skyla has trained with some of the best choreographers and acting coaches in the industry from California to New York City continuously gaining knowledge and additional skill-set.
